From an old, non blurry video with no credits or stuff, I made this to see Sony Vegas's potential.

Clearly you need to play around with Sony Vegas more.

and what I should do next
in Sony Vegas, i'm not sure what to use, quite complicated :o

To begin with, don't just slap on pointless effects for the sake of using them. Try to learn what each effect does and how you could use it, and know what you want your video to be.

So the real thing I wanted to do to make it look a bit better was make a blur on the explosion, but that didnt turn out to right and I could'nt figure it out. You think you can teach me some stuff?

Sorry dude, but that was horrible.
I don't want to be mean, so I'll just say this:
1. Don't make it blurry.
2. Get used to Vegas Pro. I have it, not that hard to get acquainted with.
3. Before uploading a video, take time to make it good.

I know 3 is a bit harsh but whatever.

It's aight, I can take anyones comments, they don't really hurt me, anyhow, I'm going to go test right now.

Learning to use a program is more than just understanding what each effect does. You need to become familiar with the interface, its editing capabilities, and understand most of its core features and then start mixing and mashing video clips. Don't just blur a 2 second video and then give it a credit sequence 3x longer than the actual movie.

3x longer than the actual movie.
haha, I noticed that happened too. After fencing I'm going to learn more about this, btw the blur thing got messed up, it was suppose to blur on the explosion.
