Author Topic: Personal Messages issue (Read 667 times)

Yeah, ever since the update to the forums that linked your Blockland key to your forums account, my reply button has disappeared from the messages inbox. I cant reply to any of my PMs. I didnt get banned from them or anything, the buttons are just not there; only the delete button.

Assistance, please? :/

Try making a new message. If that doesn't work, you got banned from PMing.

I was not banned. I KNOW I wasnt. This literally happened just after I linked my key to my forums account. I was able to PM before I did that. I linked it, and now I cannot send any.

And I cant get ahold of Badspot to find out what the heck is going on because it wont let me. :/

Reply buttons don't just disappear, unless you accidentally added it to your ad-block list or something.

The easiest way to find out is to just click this direct link to send me a PM. If it gives you a restriction error, Badspot has blacklisted you from the PM service.

Ive already clicked it. It says Im not allowed to.

But, I just read the rules again; I DID NOT do anything that would compensate a ban from sending PMs.

The mystery was not whether I can PM or not. Its why I cant. I log on one day and suddenly I cant PM anymore; no reasons, no explanations, no warnings.

Possible connection(?): I constantly get error screens saying "Session verification failed. Please try logging out and back in again, and then try again" when quoting someone, replying, or any other kind of posting. It stops when I refresh the page. This has been happening for a while, but not since I joined. Could this problem have something to do with it?

Absolutely not.

I will reaffirm this with you: You are banned from sending private messages.

Your connection has nothing to do with the server giving you error messages.

So, I assume then that badspot just selects a random person to ban whenever he feels like it, then? Because I didnt DO anything.

No, seriously. I log on one day, and see that the boards are red. I discover that I have to link my Blockland key to my forums account, so I then do so. And then I can no longer send any pms or look at my outbox.
