When I downloaded your file it was still in stereo.
So, I just did a click of a mouse and fixed it.

I just added that 5 second loop because the full song itself doesn't loop as well.

I'm really sorry you went through all that trouble for... sorta nothing.

I was hoping that the guide just left a part out...  but alas, no.  Adobe Soundbooth has failed me for the first time...

If doesn't support .ogg files...  And using the other program that turns them to .oggs...  I cannot ever make my own music :C :C :C
