How to get super smooth FPS? And Slow motion?

we already established you could use programs to make slowmos. look up a few posts. on the last page.

my specs:

gtx 480 overclocked 30%
i7 extreme 6 core processor (intel 3.33ghz)
6gig ram

some motherboard
some sound card

you must be doing it wrong if you cant get good fps in mw2 then. if where you're running in to problems is making videos, your screen recording application might not record at a high fps, when you upload to youtube it might get forgeted (i've had many problems with uploading to youtube directly from an editing program, idk why), things like that. i dont really know.
