Yes, this has been remade. Because ChuckTheArcher has a broken download link. So I've decided to re-make it, and actually make it fit for the Blockland download system! (Please post below, if having trouble installing...)

Well, I had to shorten it up to make it fit on blockland download system. Because I hate leading people to mediafire.

I can say two ways to check a loop before finalizing it, in Audacity:
1. Copy the entire thing, paste at the end.
2. shift + spacebar, or shift + play to automatically loop
