Problem solved for some of the bots. 8 of them spawn in a build very far up in the air. They hit the ground underwater on a hill, and bounce everywhere;
But there were still 2 more bots in another area.
There were bots on the left and ride side of this hut (From this view, left and right). The other bots spawn further ahead of this, and once we killed the bots in this area they never re-appeared.
Mystery almost solved.
