1. There is a discussion section to talk about this.  If you don't own an authencation key, why do you want to make vehicle for the game?
2. Modeling takes a lot of time to learn
3. Scripting takes a lot of time to learn

Yeah, simple programs like Google Sketchup and Wings 3d can make modeling very easy to start with.

Blender and Milkshape are your best bet for your weapon/vehicle model.( It would be wise to learn how to model first). I use Milkshape but it costs money. Both modeling programs can export your model in ".DTS" format: the format accepted by Blockland. You will also need a program to compress files, like WinRAR, which I use. All addons are put in a .zip (Compressed folder). Look at other successful addons to see how they are put together. Then you need to script your addon so it does what you want. This is where I cease to be helpful cause I cannot script for my life..
