My new Droid 2 hasn't gone once to any mobile website, it always goes to the full website.

Cept for Google, which is fine, but still.

Remove the ;wap(x) on the end of the url

Removing ";wap2" didn't work.
OperaMini works but the forums won't load at all.

I use my Droid 2 a lot, I just go landscape and zoom out and we're good. :o

Also, Miga, Facebook, YouTube... or it just doesn't?

On my D2, I have both the YouTube and Facebook apps downloaded, so I don't use those in the browser.

...wouldn't it be a lazier method to actually use the apps instead of the browser?

Well I mean if Im browsing the web already. I use the Facebook app more if Im not on the normal browser because its obviously better than their mobile site.

Probably because iOS and Android are programmed so that they register and are identified as desktop-capable browsers to the forum software. Even Zune HD's custom Internet Explorer can use the normal form of the forums.

I guess the vague ones like NetFront for phones don't count as desktop browsers.

Ah well. Locking this thread since there's no hope :(

I actually wanted to get an iPhone 3GS for $50 from AT&T because I already have an unlimited family data plan, but apparently my upgrade contract had not yet expired. I could've used my moms or brothers, but then my mom decided to steal my gift card from me and use it for her iPhone charger.

lol. While I hate Apple as a company, I do like the iPhone/iPod devices.
