How do I remove Win 7 Security 2011?

I apparently got this while searching for a computer background on google images, and it's not allowing me to run basic programs like IE or BL. Does anyone have a solution? I tried searching up answers but those only work on XP and Vista.

Avast doesn't seem to detect it. should I try looking for another malware antivirus thingie?

Download your antivirus, disconnect the internet cord, restart, go in Safe Mode, uninstall Win 7, install your own AV and profit.

Use Malwarebytes.
Rename the installer to Explorer.exe.
After it's installed, go into Malwarebytes folder in Program Files and rename the program to "iexplore.exe". Run it.

I'm already in safemode and like stated before Win 7 isn't detected. I'm going to see if Miga's website and stuff help out.
