Light disc?

Okay, so i just saw the move tron legacy and loved it and ive looked at tron builds on here and i see people with the light discs and i look it up but i cant find it! Would somone tell me where im suppost to get this. I REALLY want it because im working on a tron thingy.

i just downloaded it and put it in addons but it didnt show up in the folder. Whats wrong with it? D;
