Absurdly high CPU usage?

I am very confused. I recently shut down my computer to install a Windows Update. Upon reboot, I found that even while idling, my CPU usage was far higher than normal. I usually idle at 0-5%, while now I'm getting readings around as high as 40%. In task manager, no process appears to be using much CPU at all. Any help?

I have found your Problem, Windows doesnt really like new updates for a couple hours, it will be like that every time, Just wait :)

Thanks :D My CPU hasn't ever been this high before after an update, but it's probably it this time.
