Can't find orders on Amazon

So a week ago I ordered a top secret something off of Amazon, and I just tried to check the info, and it says I haven't placed any orders. I checked yesterday (or the day before :s) and I could view it. I think not showing the info mean that I should've gotten the top secret thing, but I haven't gotten it. what do.

also, delivery time said 4-14 days, it's been 7, but again, it's not here.

i ordered an item like 6 months ago. no record last week when i checked. i figure they would keep the history at least that long but apparently not :(

i ordered tony hawk American wasteland off of there and on the email from amazon it said that the delivery date would be April 27 2011 but the UPS tracking says may 2 2011.

My mom bought 4 books and they said it would be here today. BUT ITS NOT D= so I go to the forums and complain.

I think amazon is having hosting problems, because Cydia's forgeted up and they're hosted by Amazon.
