I used a trainer. It's basically a mod that gives me a menu to activate a whole bunch of crap.

You'll need an ASI loader for GTA IV as well. This comes with script hook so you won't have to worry about that.

Just google GTA IV ASI loader and then put all the files into the root directory of your GTA folder.

I recommend not using this to cheat online because it's a richard move.

It depends on who uses it. I only play in a private server with me and dan anyways and if I do play online, I disable it.
