You use that to get the drivers. I believe it should detect you have the camera, and start installing the drivers, since you put it in before. Sadly, you have to open it in Internet Explorer.

Xbox live camera thing, Also that didn't work. Do you know where to uninstall the webcam first?

If you had a Kinect, I think you could use it for a computer.
I'm pretty sure you could, because MS made the Kinect's software open-source.
