Im making some sounds, and I was looking in other sound files to see how to do it. I see many (if not all) of them have a txt document called rtbContent. What is that and do I need it?

It's a file RTB Downloads System adds that you do not need to worry about. In fact you should not have any RTB related files in your zip. RTB adds them automatically.

Huh, that's odd cuz I have the wav file and the desc.txt in there and it didn't show up in-game.
