I cannot connect to the steam community

Because I still cant figure this out.

I just noticed this now.
So I went onto garrysmod.org to download some gmod addons, and it fails to connect because you need to log into steam community.

This still wont load.

Note that this is on my computer only. When I go on my laptop, I can get to it.

Any ideas on what I should do? I cant install Gmod addons :c

I just try to go to the page,

connection to it times out because of too many tries, and waiting for about 5 minutes.

I've had this happen before, it finally worked after I don't know how long. Not sure what to tell you bro.

i know hopping to friend's house internet can cause this problem. you gotta do that stupid security email thing to log in again.

though i have refreshed my home internet as well and got new ip's, new modem/router even and it didnt ask me again.
i think the login security is part on-computer.

just do your email confirmation (request it) and login.

Whenever I do that the verification send just times out as usual..
