needs: at least a TB of hd space
great graphics processor (run crysis 1/2 on max settings)
to be built on windows 7 (because windows xp professional doesn't like anything, at all)
needs to multi task well (so gmod doesn't crash if i minimize it trying to do some other stuff
2 gb of ram at least

I can suggest a GPU. Although i don't know if it can run crysis 2 at max settings. It runs rift at max settings.

Build it yourself and get the exact same result, if not better, and save that $2000 if you are actually willing to spend that much jesus christ
