Particle Editor?

I was looking around in the GUI editor, and found a particle editor. Is there some way i can use this? Does it even work?

From research, I find that it is a removed feature.

It doesn't work, even with some modding to not spit out constant errors.

i tryed it out, and it is working, i can edit an emitter as its being emmited from a brick :D
but can i create new ones and save them?
