How to get RTB2 add-ons?

I noticed people having add-ons that aren't available in the MOD Manager, and it's from something called RTB2, I think. So, how do I get RTB2 add-ons?

Most good add-ons are on RTB 3.

If theres any cool RTB 2 add-ons you want you can just ask around, someone will have it and upload it for you.

I have (Or had) all of the RTB v2 addons somewhere on my computer. I know I have them all on my flashdrive if there's one you want that isn't failed/broken.
