I used CCleaner, it helped a little. But it still doesn't beat loading on any games.

Anything that promises to clean your computer is usually a scam.

How do you think I feel?

I want to record stuff but I can't do it without a huge lagstorm, not to mention >50% of the games I own are unplayable (What the forget), in terms of lag.

Also, get CCleaner and see if it helps anything.
Of course you get a huge lagstorm trying to record.  A singlecore processor for recording is just downright stupid.  Hell, if you want to record at least on decent settings so it doesn't look like utter stuff you need a quad core or better.

Buy more ram.

Or a better processor.

Build your own for cheap. You'll get a new computer to fit your needs for half the price of pre-built computers.
