If you download it from someone elses server, it does not go into your add-ons. It goes into a cache database, to make server loads faster.
If you want music, you download the .ogg (Or whatever type of file it is), and put it into C:\Blockland\Add-Ons\Music\
It might be in Program Files, Documents, or someplace else, it just has to be in the Music folder.
