Can you make weapons with Wings 3D?

Alright so I got this software "Wings 3D" and I wanted to know if I could some how, export the model to Blockland. Because you see, Wings 3D doesn't have an exporter to Blockland.

But it can export to .3ds which blender has an importer for. You'd wanta model your weapon in wings and export into blender and add the mounts and other jazz inside of blender then export to .dts
