Isn't there a flood protection thing, or is he using something to bypass it?
Either way, I'd say it's the host's fault. handicaps exist. That can't be changed. It's the host's job (especially if they're the only admin) to kick those handicaps before they make other people want to leave. If you're going to host a server, you should be there to moderate it.

If you guys didn't notice there has been a lot of drama's on Cucumberdude's server due to the low amount of admins. I'm going to just blurt it and say he is a bad host. I think he just looks at a drama and scoffs at it. He really needs to hire more admins, or stop hosting dedicated servers until he can manage them correctly.

Have to agree there, actually.. Not just dramas, but a lot of other issues too.
