when i load blockland it says could not write to keydat file, saying its resd only.
so i go and make blockland non readonly and try again.
it has same error.
anddespite me makin it writable, it is read only again!
PS: this is on my grammas pc.
PSS: sry for grammer because im on my windows phone

Your key.dat file is read-only.
You have to make sure it's not.

I assume you know where your Blockland folder is, so I can skip that.
Find your key.dat file in that folder, and right click on it.
You should see this.

Click on the highlighted option.
Now a window should pop up that looks like this.

Ignore everything that isn't in the red box.
What's in the red box needs to look exactly like yours.

No.
I'm am not that stupid.
I tried that before but my problem is when i click properties on my blockland folder EVERYTHING inside it is read only so i make it writable and start up blockland again and it pops up there again and finally when i go back to the folder Blockland's properties it's automatically read only again.
Consider it as a  "Read-Only Virus."

Your second statement was a lie.

If your grandma's computer is Vista/7, you may need to run as administrator.

Can you see the Blockland logo and all the buttons when you start Blockland?

Then you forgeted something up bad and need to reinstall.
