Ok since im a normal fan to you let me tell you something about the pony avatars.

I used to have one of the derpy hooves character a few months ago when I was settling in to the show/thread.

Now why did I pick a pony avatar like all the others? Well i liked it, I thought it was funny and I wanted a new avatar aswell. I understand Stocking/Narko/Skateaton and others have them as avatars because they think they looked cool or funny to them. the same thing goes for other popular things wether they are shows, webcomics,games or tv shows.
