The patient believes she can see auras and has the ability to discern if a person is "good" or "bad", "honest" or "dishonest". She is a respected member of her community holds classes to teach people how to master these abilities. During what she claims was a psychic trance, she says a man committed a crime. While he was found innocent, he is now suing her for slander and defamation.
She took several tests and is found to function normally with good reality testing.

Assuming she is not really psychic, what is the differential diagnosis for a patient who exhibits hallucinations, delusions, and loss of consciousness.

I am thinking toxic mold (Stachybotrys possibly) exposure, but I would like other opinions.
