I swear to god they literally have a party ALMOST every day. I can't sleep and they are so loving loud. They also throw cigars into our yard and watch us whenever we go into the back yard it's so loving annoying. They then shout and howl like a bunch of loving monkeys. Why am i posting this here? I know what you mean, the row of houses over the back wall seem to have a party with 20 annoying little stuffs who feel the need to yell everything so loud you can hear them three streets away every single loving day.
And they never stop playing that stuff 90's/early 2000's party music, Who let the dogs out has never been this annoying
