Need help with gmod!

alright this thing is pissing me off, i reinstalled gmod because it was not working have some while, but now the graphics looks low even with anything in high quality! I really need some help about that, here is a example

My old videocard didn't show any good graphics, even on high. Probably time for an upgrade.

it's not that, after reinstalling the gmod, it was running fine, with high graphics and stuff, now when i add anything in high, it's still low for some reason (that just happens in gmod) and my PC is new
