In-Game Add-On Loader?

Have you guys ever heard of this? Well I have. I had it and used it before on my old Computer, and after I bought a new one and Re-Downloaded the all Add-Ons, I couldn't manage to find the "In-Game Add-On Loader". I'm positive that there is an Add-On like that but I couldn't manage to find it. Do you guys have a link or a place I can download it? Or If you have it please upload it to Mediafire and give me the link. It would be very helpful to not only me but some others who I met who were looking for it.

I thought there was one on RTB. It must have gotten failed.

From what I've known the add-on loaders are very buggy and crash sometimes.

I agree. They are very buggy and causes crashing. But i was just wondering of anyone would have it, Since that kind of thing never happened to me before.

I have a stable version that doesn't crash, I have no idea why people say they're so bad, it's one of my favorite mods.

If it's failed, though, I don't know if I should be giving it out.
