that is a horrible image resizing tool and you should feel bad.

Yeah you'll suffer quality loss but I was just pointing out that pretty much anyone can resize images.

I hate how Picasion messes with the pixels, makes them rounded. Nobody likes you, Picasion.

If the resize window has some kind of "Quality", "Interpolation", "Sampling" or "Filter" option, set it to "Nearest Neighbor" or "None". That should keep pixels form getting blurry.

It's a little head thing I made to get used to the whole Voxel model editor thing.
There's a nifty little feature that lets you generate a 360 degree animated .gif.

And why do you need to apologise? It's understandable that you don't know what it is.
