It won't wash out since it essentially makes your hair less dense and makes it clearer. That's just how blonde hair rolls br0.
I won't cut it off.. since a lot of it is bleached.. lol. :P Hairspray helps but maybe gel would work better. I guess. I've just been trimming off the frizz and it seems to be working okay c:
assloads of conditioner are also helping. Just gotta let dem natural oils seep in br0.
Also, I like her hair. ;o
