people seem to not understand how this works.
badspot actually dosnt care if you flame. we do it to each other all the time.
generally in help or gallery its enforced harder.
if the first reply to the OP is "forget off!" it actually depends on who the person is, and what he said, and the context of the flame that determines if you get banned.
though this entire topic is pointless, because this community lacks common sense anyways.
