Refresh textures not working in milkshape?

Ok so I was using Zack0Wack0's  bls2obj mod today and I put the obj in milkshape. When it was in there it was on black so I selected the whole model and click refresh textures but nothing happened. Any ideas?

Bls2Obj doesn't export colors, materials, or textures. You need to manually re-assign colors.
