Well aren't you just the dragon critic, but fine. Believe what you want. Personally, I consider it pixel art.

I dont consider the way that is drawn is pixel art. It is a very effective way of drawing, yes, but it isnt what I call pixel art.

And the fact that it's a dragon is simply coincidence. I was pointing out the fact that the image doesnt look like pixel art.
