Cool idea. I might try to make a few games.

Is it still up?
EDIT: Sorry for double post.

I made a life-size Monopoly board a few years ago. It's effing huge. Each space is a 32x32 road plate. There are "streets" going off of each of the properties so you can build big houses. It was saved in Flatlands though so it's way up in the air.

I should really update it. I could even event a random card selector for Chance and Community Chest. I have attached a picture below though, so you can see what it looks like.

Monopoly is probably one of the most fun to event, considering the fairly large amount you have to do.

I experimented a while ago with movement around a board game. Given that dice in most games go up to 6 you must give each square on the board the teleport/movement events for every square within its range of 6, which is a huge amount considering diagonals. With monopoly it's less of a problem, because it's all straight.
Simply onplayertouch -> player -> changedatablock -> nomoveplayer (RTB avaliable addon) and then make sure the players stand on the squares and stop. Then, somehow roll dice to ascertain how far a single player moves and trigger that event. Naturally, for each player in the game, you'd have to have all the movement options duplicated by [# of players] because otherwise all players would move simultaneously.

It's complicated, anyone want a go =P.

Oh yeah, then there's housing (in 5 tiers for houses and hotels), money, community chest, chance, jail, bankrupting, the other facilities, stations (or whatever they are), rent, mortgages and winning.

EDIT:

All the movement events are optional really. It's just that they prevent cheating (unless admin who are SUPPOSED to be trusted) and make the game slightly more true-to-life.

Sorry I didn't host the server, I was told I was going to be working till 7, and they held me till 11:30.  -.-
