Freezing while watching video. [Overheating?]

Everyone seems to have a problem with laptops overheating but me. Mine can get warm, but certainly never overheats.

This for me.

I have a 1.6 ghz single core intel atom.

2.1 GHz amd sempron processor in my laptop.
