dll fixer told me I have a bunch of registry errors, so I'm looking for a good and free one that can be used to fix them.

Also, for defragging, is there some special program I should use or is the one packaged with Windows just fine?

Don't use registry fixers.

The defraggerpackaged with Windows should be fine.

defragging is not registry error fixing.

i use ccleaner

Don't believe ANY registry cleaner. They just want your money.
But if you are going to use any, I'd suggest CCleaner.

If you seriously have errors in your registry your computer wouldn't be working at all and you'd actually notice it.  Or nothing would happen anyway.

You think I know that?

Cleaning up some unused registry entries won't mak your computer any faster.

And I think in most cases it will magically all errors on your computer. That's just something to say to get you to buy a $50 program you don't really need.

Just the interface of the program tells me that it's full of crap and made solely for the purpose of jacking all your money.
