It's not failbinned, as it was never released. I've never heard of it crashing anyone more than any other addons.

It's DerpRPG or DestinyRPG made by zack0wack0/Destiny and its basically a roleplay mod where you cut trees and build and stuff and sell lumber for plastic :P

DRPG is Destiny Role Playing Game. It's a client sided addon witch makes the game run like runescape while on Skill4Life's server. Mining, tree-cutting, battling, that kinda stuff.

It has client aspects and server aspects; if it was client sided only you would be able to run it on any server you visit.
