Emmiter and Emotes Glitch

I'm now experiencing a weird glitch where I only see parts of emmiters.  I first noticed because my jets looked weird.  I took a picture in which you can see the weird jets and the emmiter Water A coming out of a fountain. 


 
As you see there is not nearly as much water as there should be, and my jets look like bizarre orange clouds.

Any help is appreciated.
