Yeah so as some people may know, I dislike France a lot, and finally found an abstract yet pin-point reason from where all my anti-French feelings come from: I do not know how the middle and lower classes in France live. In most other European countries, I can at least catch a glimpse of how the regular folk go along with their lives, yet in France, I only can think of Paris with it's expensive and high-class food, drinks, art, whores, and the city's self-absorbed attitude, with no thought about how the common folk live their lives. This is a very stereotypical view, yes, but I have not seen any other aspects of the country's culture. Can anyone direct me to any piece of media detailing the daily life of a ordinary French person? This request may seem odd, but it would help me a lot.
