I am planning on making add-ons in the near future. What is the best free add- on creating program for Blockland?
The only ones I've heard of are Blender and Milk Shake.

Blender and Milkshape don't make add-ons, they make models for add-ons.

To model use Blender (Free) Milkshape ($25) And to script use notepad.

I stuck with blender, milkshape just wasn't my type.

It's actually easier, free, and very powerful.
There's a lot of tutorials for it, online and on the forums.
You just gotta look around.

A free program with many powerful features, or a $25 program with basic features.
The answer should be obvious.
Many people are just turned off by Blender's UI.
