Forcing Blockland to download Items, Projectiles, and Explosions on server join

I'm trying to figure out what console command you need to use to make Blockland download Items when you join a server (there are checkboxes to download music and sounds in options, but not one for items, explosions, or projectiles).
Can anyone help me with this?

All dts models and textures are downloaded.  There is no option to not download them. 

Sound and music files that are on the CDN will also be downloaded automatically.  The check boxes only effect the slower direct server downloads.
