Summary
Can't submit an add on to RTB or your add on does not work because of the .DS_Store or Thumb.db files?
This is the tutorial for you!

Deleting .DS_Store And Thumb.db
1. Download Folder Washer here
2. Open Folder Washer and drag the folder you wish to get rid of the .DS_Store and/or Thumb.db file into the folder washer(cannot be a .zip)
3. Select the options you want(options are: also delete thumb.db and zip after washing).
4. Select Wash(or Wash And Quit) and tada! you just deleted the .DS_Store(and the Thumb.db if you checked the box).

No it will re-make itself.

i'm pretty sure .DS_Store really shouldn't be a problem as it's a hidden folder that recreates itself every time you open the folder.

It is a problem because some add ons won't function properly with it and you cannot submit an add on to RTB with it.
