Unlimited Mining Pick-axe isnt Working

Hello, Fellow Blocklanders!


I started my mining server and did /startdig and we are supposed to spawn with a blue pickaxe well I did it and the pickaxe didnt show up for some weird reason...

If you could help me I would really appreciate it.
