I am trying to play a big music file on Blockland and it's over 1 MB! How do I compress it (I do not care about quality loss)?

There's no point in compressing it. 1 MB isn't that large anyways.
You should just shorten the music if it's that large too.

I don't want to shorten it. I just want to make the file smaller because Blockland ignores anything over 1MB.

You could try using http://dspguru.doom9.net/ to remaster it.
Other than that, I think ogg files are already compressed. What you'll probably have to do is shorten the song, as stated by Jasa.
