Author Topic: Cool Explosion in my Chemistry Class  (Read 471 times)

We made sparklers in Chemistry today (it's a science class for juniors and I'm a freshman deal w/it) and as a grand finale the teacher took all the spare magnesium, aluminum, and steel fuels and put it in a beaker with all the oxidizers. She then lit it.

The resulting explosion was so loving awesome.

Took a screenshot for those of you that don't want to experience the full awesomeness of a teacher saying "Don't look directly at it!"
