I hear you brown. 2wie sucks since it's both a router and modem, so it gets overloaded and resets a lot. Our 2wire restarted every5 minutes, for a total of 300 resets per 2 weeks, att came over and replaced it twice to no avail
Have a new router and modem since

I had problems setting the one at my house up.
First, it stopped all connection to the internet, until I swapped the modem.
Secondly, it doesn't report everything it's supposed to (forget you bell.)
Thirdly, It didn't accept certain Ethernet wires.
