Saving and Loading

I have a problem with my server.
Every time I save the bricks and load them, the player can't build on their own bricks without my trust.
I want to know 2 question on how to still have their own ownership.
When I am saving bricks, do I check the box that says "Save Ownership"?
And when I am loading bricks, do I check the box "Load Brick Ownership"?
