GarageBand on Windows

Except that you can't have GarageBand on Windows now can you

So, do any of you guys know of anything similar to GarageBand for Windows?
I could obviously just Google something, but I'd rather hear from one of you if you have used any programs like that.

Perhaps you could tell me things about those. Which one is like GarageBand the most? What are the differences from GarageBand?

I love GarageBand. It was the one fun thing to do on the Macs in my old school.

my ex boyfriend got me this thing called fl studio which is like garage band. like you can place drums and stuff and play piano and guitar and stuff but im not very good at it lol
