CTF won't work in dedicated minigame

I'll be releasing my dedicated minigame script soon which doesn't have this issue.

It actually doesn't even use TDM. It's a completely separate mod.

No, it won't.

There's a reason why doing it the way I do it is best, because it's aimed to work with current mods, not make new ones.

Well fixing the CTF looks like a long process to I so probably put my thing on hold for a while.
